CONCLAVE (NEC)
An Initiative of LEAD College (Autonomous)
through LEAD Business Incubation
A platform for young aspiring entrepreneurs to explore ideas, learn from real experiences and take a meaningful step towards building a business.

The National Entrepreneurship Conclave (NEC), organised by LEAD College (Autonomous), Palakkad, through LEAD Business Incubation (LEAD-BI), provides a platform for young aspiring entrepreneurs to explore their ideas and understand what it takes to build a business.
NEC brings together aspiring founders, experienced entrepreneurs, mentors and industry professionals for practical learning, meaningful conversations and new perspectives on entrepreneurship.

NEC welcomes graduates and final-year degree students who are curious about entrepreneurship or are already working towards building a venture.
Graduates or students pursuing the final year of a degree programme.
20–30 years, inclusive of both ages.
Participants may have a business idea, a Proof of Concept (PoC), a prototype, or an early-stage startup.
LEAD College believes a business school should produce job creators, not just job seekers. NEC puts that belief into practice. It is part of LEAD’s larger move from a B-School (Business School) to an E-School (Entrepreneurial School), where students are encouraged to build ventures while they study.
Starting a business in India now has strong support from government, institutions and industry. NEC turns that support into a clear, guided path for young people who want to build a business.
Celebrating the ideas, teams and entrepreneurial energy from earlier conclaves.
